The stellar way is the part of the line which is located inside the Mountain, where we were able to see meteorites, and the Blue Moon Mining Company.

Before the Fast-Pass system, a part of the Stellar Way was accessible to non-riding visitors , allowing the least braves and thos elooking for the strenght to have a sit onride to look at the ride.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When the Fast-Pass system was created, the zone with the trees you can see above has been replaced by the machines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The stellar way offered an amazing view of the asteroid field of Space Mountain. The way was very dark, and the tension was upping every step you made. The music you could hear was the one which is available on the Website Player on your left.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Regularly, a sign warned you that Space Mountain was a thrilling attraction that everyone wasn't able to ride.

On your right , you were able to see a strange machine, which was crossed by a green and yellow "coil".(coil which was in fact the rocket train). Its name was the "Blue Moon Minging Company". But what is the role of this machine , which may have a huge impact on the storyline?

Imagineer Nigel Bratcher told the fans at the "Last Chance soirée" that it is a Vacuum in space. It has a very important role since it aspires the train, which was confused with an asteroid.
And that's why the sidewinder loop happens in the ride ^^..

 

 

 

 

 

 

A few meters away, you can see another machine invented by Walt Disney Imagineering (Jules Verne never talked about the blue moon mining machine either), the Electro de Velocitor.

It seems that in the Space Mountain Mythology, the electro de velociter didn't only brake the train, but it attracted them from the space to the earth!
